Cécile Renucci
Psychologist
Cécile Renucci is a clinical psychologist and holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She completed her clinical internships at the Jewish General Hospital, in the cognitive behavioral therapy unit, as well as at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (IUSMM), where she was particularly involved in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders.
Drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy and integrating third-wave approaches, Cécile provides concrete tools to help her clients modify repetitive patterns that contribute to their suffering.
During her doctoral studies, her research focused on the practice of meditation and its link to self-compassion and authenticity. These themes continue to deeply influence her clinical practice, where she places great importance on creating a safe and supportive environment. She helps her clients cultivate a kinder and more authentic relationship with themselves.
She works with an adult clientele facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
