Rachel is a psychologist and a registered member of the Order of Psychologists of Québec.
Her practice is distinguished by a warm, collaborative, and compassionate attitude, fostering a safe space where everyone feels welcomed just as they are. She adopts an integrative approach that combines humanistic-existential and psychodynamic orientations. Rachel places particular importance on exploring both current and past difficulties, with the goal of co-constructing a deeper understanding of oneself. By making sense of their experiences, her clients gradually become able to free themselves from painful patterns and initiate meaningful changes that promote well-being in their personal, professional, and relational lives.
Rachel engages with authenticity and sensitivity with the people she supports and deeply believes in each person's potential to move toward a more coherent, peaceful, and fulfilling life. Her human and respectful approach fosters a high-quality therapeutic alliance, conducive to deep personal growth.
Rachel completed her clinical training at the Health and Psychological Consultation Centre of the Université de Montréal, where she worked with an adult clientele. She offers both in-person and remote appointments.
