Andrea is a psychologist registered with the Ordre of Psychologists of Quebec.
Andrea works with adult and adolescent populations. She aims to help her clients develop self-acceptance and acceptance of the present moment so that they can better enjoy their lives. Her clinical approach is integrative combining elements of cognitive behavioural therapy with humanistic and systemic components. This allows her to adapt flexibly to the individual needs of each client. Andrea is dedicated to building a secure, gentle, compassionate and spontaneous therapeutic relationship.
She works with different issues, such as anxiety, emotional regulation, addictions, crisis situations and family dysfunction.
Andrea has 9 years of clinical experience in psychology, including 6 years in Colombia and 3 years in Quebec. She completed her graduate studies in 2012 in Multisectoral Studies at Francisco Jose de Caldas University in Bogota, Colombia. Andrea is a psychologist and member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
